Until mid-2009 I worked on behalf of ARV Group on many improvement programs at plants in the Netherlands and abroad.

These days Wim works as interim manager and manufacturing consultant in the foodstuffs and process industry. He has meanwhile expanded his expertise and field of operations to include behavioral and organizational development.

Wim studied chemical technology at Delft, followed by a two-year design course for the process industry. He started work at AkzoNobel as project leader in the central process development department, specialized in membrane separation. After this he transferred to AkzoNobel's department of in-house manufacturing consultancy, which implemented improvements worldwide in capacity, quality and productivity at all of the concern's chemicals, fibers, coatings and pharmaceutical sites.
