With 25 years of work experience in the process industry, I feel completely at home there. Technical and non-technical processes must fit together well. You can continuously improve in this. Unraveling complex issues together with others, coming up with smart solutions and achieving results, that gives me energy.

Welmoed has extensive experience as a consultant and engineer in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. After studying Technical Chemistry at the University of Groningen, she worked for 7 years as a process and project engineer at Akzo Nobel Engineering. She then worked for ARV Group for almost 4 years and then became self-employed.

The core of her work is projects in the process industry. She works in improvement processes of operational processes as well as in technical projects. She takes on various roles; from management level to substantive roles. Welmoed is a real team player who gets energy from tackling problems together and working towards results.
