Twan feels particularly at home at production sites, from the shop floor to plant management, but also in supply-chain and head office surroundings, where his far-reaching expertise in logistics and management is highly valued. He has developed his skill in dealing with widely varying cultures while working in the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Germany, Denmark and the UK.

Twan is a consultant in heart and soul, with broad experience in operations. From the very start of ARV Group - more than 20 years ago - he has supported change processes for a host of customers in sectors including food, chemicals and energy.
