My motivation: 'With a broad orientation, find depth in processes and products, and then realize continuous improvement'. Challenging myself again and again and continuing to develop, but also using my experience to help others work smarter, easier and more efficiently, gives me positive energy every day.

I am data driven. Through data analysis, the improvement potential within an organization can be made visible. Then realizing the improvements together with the employees is what the goal should be. Employees are the driving force of an organization and well-designed processes must keep this engine running healthily.

Teun studied SME business management in Eindhoven. After his studies as a Cost Engineer, he conducted many process and product analyzes and expanded that experience with a Green Belt training.

In recent years he has gained operational and managerial experience as a Purchasing and Logistics manager and has also implemented the implementation of a new ERP system.
