Roelant has more than 20 years' experience in operations, continuous improvement projects and change management. He has a quick grasp of operational issues and potential improvements and is able to turn these into an approach that fits the organization and its ambitions.

Roelant studied electrical engineering at Eindhoven Technical University and business administration at the IBO Business School. Before moving into the services sector, he worked for more than 15 years in operations and engineering in the international foodstuffs industry (Heineken, Danone) in countries including Russia. He has been a partner at ARV Group since late 2010.
