Natalie has been fascinated by people within organizations and processes for many years. With her background as a technical business administrator, she likes to approach things from different angles and to reveal patterns in thinking and acting. What is the actual purpose of a process, is it in line with the customer's expectations and are we doing the right things to achieve this in practice? These are key questions from which Natalie operates. She knows how to combine her experiences within profit and non-profit organizations as a line manager, project leader and management consultant in her coaching.
She moves easily through the different layers of the organization, knows how to make connections and is enthusiastic and driven. Lean coaching is one of Natalie's core qualities. She recently qualified as a Master Black Belt, having previously obtained the certificate for Black Belt Lean Six Sigma. She frequently applies these methodologies in supervising improvement processes. In doing so, she pays attention to both the business perspective and the human side. Focused on achieving the organizational objectives, the management thereof and supportive leadership. She mirrors and coaches in a way that is characterized as accessible, focussed and respectful. Natalie has been an independent entrepreneur since 2016 and has been associated with Development Partners since early 2017.
