The most important red line here relates to E2E process optimizations. In such optimizations, solutions are approached from various angles, such as organizational and technical. This may relate to an existing situation, some adjustments in production, demand or S&OP planning, but also to entire ERP/WMS/TMS implementation projects.
Studied Commercial Economics at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and has completed various additional courses such as Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, PSM I and NEVI 1 & 2 that can be applied in the professional field. Marvin has been active in various companies that have a mainly iterative character in terms of processes, but are also associated with the necessary complexity.
