I like to look at the organization from a broad perspective and what role operations should play to achieve organizational objectives. Asking questions and asking questions helps to understand where the organization stands and wants to go. Bringing this context together with hard analysis creates overview and insight. Continuously keeping an eye on stakeholders is crucial to manage expectations and achieve good decision-making.

Marcel brings 15 years of experience in both senior and operational management, project management, change management and continuous improvement. Both within a corporate environment and SMEs. Despite his young age, Marcel has gained a lot of work experience at all levels of an organization. This is because he has combined his studies in Food Technology and Business Administration with his work. This has allowed him to develop to the level at which he now acts in a relatively short time. Has been active as Principal at ARV Group since January 2021.
