For more than 15 years, I've been supporting companies in the drive to improve their operational processes. In doing that, I am always on the lookout for improvement opportunities and the best possible structures for the customer organization. That's essential to improving one's competitive position. He always chooses an approach that combines organizational development and results-oriented methodology. He then goes to work with people in a pragmatic way to truly reach improvements, time after time.

After studying technical business administration at Twente University, Gjalt went to work as an SAP consultant with AkzoNobel. In 2002 he came to ARV Group. He has worked in operations throughout his career, and has broad experience in the chemicals, foodstuffs and energy sectors. He has worked in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Russia, Poland and the USA.
