Erik has a quick overview, knows how to bring people along and likes to work goal-oriented. For this he uses a combination of his science skills (result-oriented, analytical, transparent and organized) and his more intuitive competencies (overview, connecting, together). Erik moves easily from management to the shop floor.

Since studying Chemical Technology, Erik has built, started up and improved processes internationally and has been operationally responsible for factories in pharmaceuticals (DSM, Amgen, Astellas, Janssen, Sanquin), food (Mead Johnson, FrieslandCampina, Heinz, vanGeloven, Stegeman) and cosmetics (Codi International). Over the last 10 years he has been more concerned with more complex change and improvement issues.
