Dieter completed a degree in Logistics Management at the Arnhem and Nijmegen University of Applied Sciences. After this, he held both process-supporting and leadership roles in the plastic recycling and ceramic industries. Since 2017, he has been actively involved with the WCP/LEAN improvement philosophy to implement continuous improvement in practice.
