Anke's approach is integral. Man is its starting point. She looks at positions and roles and makes the connection with the personal why of people and the mission of the organization. Always working on the goal, the road to it and the result through focussed questions, through analyzing the 'hard side' and through fun, creative working methods.
Anke has been doing this for more than ten years at various organizations. In healthcare, education and business. She is currently supplementing her training in Human Resources and behavioral development with the Deep Democracy training at the Academy for Organizational Culture; a course with a focus on group processes, specifically on taking the wisdom of the minority into account.
Anke has been an independent entrepreneur since 2011 and has been associated with Development Partners since 2016.
