Anita is an enthusiastic organizational consultant and coach. With her extensive experience in various organizations, she knows how to analyze problems quickly and in a transcendent way.
Her goal is to help individuals, teams and organizations to gain insights in such a way that development (based on intrinsic conviction) becomes a logical next step. Personal growth and development, both for herself and for others, give her energy. Based on a strong conviction that people can and know for themselves, she primarily gives them the confidence to take control themselves. In doing so, she remains actively involved in the process and helps to see and break through (obstructive) patterns. Her healthy critical attitude means that she is always looking for depth, explanation and substantiation. She does this through interaction, by actively listening and asking critical questions based on sincere involvement. She does not shy away from the sharpest of the cut.
After studying economics, Anita worked as a line and project manager. With an Implementation & Change Management course at the OU, she then moved on to change management. It also has licenses of proven methodologies and tools such as Lean, Agile, Scrum, MBTI, Wholesale change, Social Communication Styles, TKI conflict management and systemic work.
