Angelique is pragmatic, enthusiastic and decisive. Since 2002, she has applied her more than 25 years of experience as a part of ARV Group. As (interim) manager and senior consultant, she leads large organizational change projects not only at the staff level, but also for sales, customer service, supply chain en QA. Her specialism is order to cash, and since 2014 she has also been a managing partner at Ontwikkelingspartners.

Angelique studied food technology at Wageningen University, and has worked in various commercial and management roles in the private sector. There she combined entrepreneurship and leadership with the management of large-scale programs for businesses, specially in the food industry.
