From a young age, I have had a deep curiosity about what drives and connects people. Over time, my fascination expanded to how organizations learn and develop, and how people play a key role in this process. It is increasingly recognized that success in organizations is not only determined by structures and figures, but above all by the people who put their heart and soul into it.
My approach is therefore people-oriented and aligned with the strategy and mission, so that a team and organization can open up to their full potential. Focusing on the growth of professionals and teams strengthens thoughtful action, even in complex and constantly changing circumstances.
My guidance in addressing the issue is inquisitive, open, boundary-pushing, and connecting, and at times confrontational. I address what I think I hear or sense between the lines, so that underlying issues are considered at their core. In doing so, I take a broad perspective and approach, focusing on what is truly needed.
